Comprehensive, family-focused care for the community.
At Eric B. Chandler Health Center, our goal is to eliminate barriers to obtaining quality, family-oriented primary and dental health care for our diverse, multicultural population by providing comprehensive acute and chronic care to patients of all ages, as well as a broad spectrum of social services and community-based health and wellness programs.
We are committed to providing patients with services appropriate to each life cycle in a comprehensive, coordinated, and continuous manner. Our services span several areas, including family medicine, infectious disease, and dentistry, as well as social services, nutrition, and laboratory services.
Patients are encouraged to make appointments for medical and dental services and review eligibility and insurance information. We accept a variety of insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare, and various managed care and private plans. The center also offers a sliding fee scale based upon federal Poverty Guidelines. We maintain a telephone on-call rotation of physicians available 24 hours a day.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
We provide services at three convenient locations in and around the City of New Brunswick. All locations can be easily reached by public transportation, are handicapped accessible, and have interpreting services available.
