Dr. Fyfe is the director of the residency-training program at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She is a general pathologist with specialty interest in cardiovascular and transplant-related pathology as well as medical renal disease and autopsy pathology. Research interests include donor biopsy pathology –outcome correlations, valvular and device-related cardiovascular disease, cardiac allograft remodeling, modernization of autopsy reporting to fit modern healthcare needs and creative use of autopsy material for resident education. She also believes in developing autopsy centers of excellence to support local communities, health care institutions and global health care.
