Risk Reduction Materials

The SCNJ provides educational programs on SIDS risk reduction, safe infant care practices, SIDS research and bereavement support to health, social service, home visiting, pastoral care, child care, first responder and community service providers and institutions and to the public troughout New Jersey. In addition to standard programs such as Nurses LEAD the Way, for all birthing hospitals, the SCNJ reaches clinics, local Division of Child Protection and Permanency offices, child care licensing agencies, medical education programs as well as many other organizations and professionals.
