Technical Support Location and Hours

Field Service Engineer (Technical Support) will be available in the ARC or computer lounge area every day for the following hours:  8:00AM - 10:00AM | 12:00PM - 1:00PM

In addition to the aforementioned hours, you can schedule an appointment with one of our support personnel by e-mailing us at RWJPISCHELP@umdnj.edu

Technical Support is located in NB 24 | Location Map of the Kessler Teaching Wing.

Web and Collaborative Services

The Web and Collaborative Services Team provides assistance with web site development, content management, access to iTunes U, Podcast Producer, and other collaborative services.  Request Assistance.
