Welcome to the Office of the Registrar at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS).  Our primary mission is the maintenance, management and accountability of all student educational and academic records.  We do this with the strong support of Student Affairs, the Office of Education, Financial Aid and our dedicated Faculty.  The staff listed in our Office Directory are here to provide information and support to students, faculty and departments, as well as other institutions.  Among the many services we provide are:

  • Administer & Uphold the Academic Rules & Regulations of RWJMS
  • Academic & Graduation Audits
  • Proof of enrollment for third-parties
  • Alumni Verifications & Licensures
  • Enrollment & Registration, including Electives
  • Federal & State Compliance (HIPAA, FERPA, etc)
  • Visiting Student information & documentation
  • Management of Forms necessary for medical studies (Requests for changes in Address, Name, Transcripts, etc)
  • Aid & Guidance through the Student Handbook
  • ERAS Fellowship requests: Graduates seeking their MSPE & Transcript uploaded, may inform ERAS (EFDO) that Robert Wood Johnson Medical School DOES participate in the MIDUS upload process.

Transcript Requests:

Official Transcript requests can be made On-Line, via Mail-In or via Walk-Up. There is a $7.00 Fee for Alumni & former students for each Transcript requested. Currently enrolled students may request two (2) free Official Transcripts per academic year (September thru August). Additional requests will incur a $7.00 Fee each.

Course and Block schedules vary greatly from year to year.  1st & 2nd Year (Pre-Clinical) Student Schedules can be found by accessing the appropriate Class Year under the ACADEMICS tab on the left panel.
