Embryology, MSBS 5075S

Course Description:
This On-Line Embryology course will cover human embryonic and fetal development from fertilization to birth. The emphasis will be on the morphological changes that take place during development. Underlying molecular mechanisms will also be considered. Relevant congenital anomalies will be considered for each developing organ system. The first portion of the course will focus on the embryonic development that takes place during the first month after fertilization. The second portion of the course will focus on the development of the individual organ systems.
