International Health Courses

Clinical Tropical Medicine and Traveler's Health

This course is accredited by the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene.  The course is open to all health care professionals including physicians (new MD graduates, family medicine physicians, internists, emergency medicine physicians, OBGYN specialists, pediatricians, surgeons, mid-career physicians etc), dentists, podiatrists, Masters in Public Health, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical students and public health students.  The course is divided into four two-week modules in order to accommodate busy schedules and allow more flexibility for health care professionals to take the course.  Participants may take just one, two, or three modules in any sequence, or they may choose to take the entire course in a single summer if their schedules allow.  We believe in keeping tuition costs affordable for all participants.  In fact, we are offering a 7% discount for registration fees paid in full by March 1, 2011.
