Walk-in Support

The Help Desk provides assistance for those using RWJMS computing resources. The Technology Support Center offers a variety of Walk-in Support services to students, faculty and staff of RWJMS.

A Field Service Engineer (Support Technician) will be available in the Academic Resource Center (ARC) or computer lounge area Monday to Friday during the following hours: 12:00 Noon - 1:00PM
