  • DUO: Two-factor authentication helps protect your account by adding an extra layer of security beyond your password. With two-step login, you will need to provide additional confirmation of your identity to gain access to many online resources at the university. Setting up two-factor authentication takes about five minutes, and it will significantly improve the security of your NetID. Enrolling for Duo Authentication is the required prior to requesting a NEW VPN account. Setup DUO
  • Connect to the RBHS Network: Certain applications and data access such as shared drives, will require the Rutgers Remote Access Virtual Private Network (VPN) through Cisco AnyConnect. VPN provides remote connectivity which mirrors direct access to the campus network. To register to use & setup the Cisco AnyConnect Remote Access (VPN) with Duo (two-step multi-factor) authentication  Learn More

  • Clinical Applications: All clinical applications are loaded on the Virtual Desktop and can be accessed remotely using your VDI software. If you need assistance with VDI, please contact  RWJCLINHELP@RWJMS.RUTGERS.EDU
