- Complete the following forms for internal university processing prior to submission:
Transmittal and Approval Form (GAFA)
Investigator Financial Conflict of Interest Form
Principal Investigator Assurance Form
- Grants and Contracts will advise on all budgetary matters.
- Submit budget to Grants and Contracts for review, and then approval five (5) business days prior to the submission deadline.
- Provide a copy of the complete application to ORSP for review five (5) business days prior to the submission deadline.
- For electronic submissions, the application may be sent as an email attachment to Christopher Stastny. If the attachment is too large to send via email, please bring it directly to room R-109 on a CD, USB flash drive, or try sending the file via LiFT.
- Upon final approval of the budget, by Grants and Contracts, please provide the ORSP signed the Transmittal and Approval form for the final signature approval by the Associate Dean for Research.
