Charting the LifeCourse New Jersey is a newsletter developed collaboratively by the Community of Practice for Supporting Families New Jersey State Team partners: New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities, New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities, and The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities. In it, readers will find:

  • updates on New Jersey’s efforts to increase awareness and use of the Charting the LifeCourse framework developed by the University of Missouri-Kansas City Institute for Human Development
  • highlights on Charting the LifeCourse tools and their use in planning, problem-solving, and navigating supports
  • success stories from people with disabilities, families, and providers
