Dr. Kumar graduated from Rutgers University, completed her medical training and residency at Rutgers-RWJMS and then worked in clinical practice for 3 years before returning to join the core faculty. She is an outpatient preceptor and teaching faculty on our FM inpatient service team. She is also the Family Medicine SubI director and facilitates PCM sessions with medical students.
