Blanca Jackson, RN

Clinical Care Coordinator
Ms. Jackson is responsible for the day to day clinical care operations for the Robert Wood Johnson AIDS Program. As part of the Ryan White Part D programs, she oversees the Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) which provides HIV counseling and testing for high-risk youth in the region at various sites including residential youth programs, after-school programs, and other community sites. Blanca is bilingual and is a state certified HIV Counselor. She is responsible for the New Jersey Division of AIDS Services grant which funds Rapid HIV Counseling and Testing in the Emergency Room and other on-site point of entries along with two certified HIV counselors. Blanca's love of children leads her to volunteer one week per summer caring for the HIV infected children at Paul Newman's Hole in the Wall Gang camp in Connecticut.

Judy Kenny, RN

Nurse Case Manager
Judy Kenny joined RWJAP in 2006 and provides case managment services to HIV infected women. Judy provides medical care coordination in partnership with the RWJMS Adult Infectious Disease physicians, as well as the Bristol Myers Squib Children's Hospital's High Risk OB Clinic and GYN services. Judy attends the Healthy Mothers/Healthy Babies meetings in Trenton, Plainfield, and New Brunswick as part of RWJAP's perinatal HIV efforts. Judy meets with HIV positive pregnant women off-site to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

Michelle Morales-Acevedo, RN

Nurse Case Manager
Michelle Morales-Acevedo is the RWJAP designated DYFS nurse liaison who works in close association with the Child Protection Services (formerly DYFS) to insure appropriate HIV care and treatment for DYFS supervised children, including residents of Rainbow House in Trenton. As the Child Protecion Services' nurse liaison, Michelle conducts training sessions for CPP Nurses, Case Workers, Special Home Special Program parents, and other professionals. These training sessions have been instrumental in improving CPP's understanding of the special needs of this fragile population.

Fatima Corona

Medical Technician
Fatima Corona, the "Med Tech" for the division handles patient related inquiries for the infectious disease physicians and the allergist.. Supporting the Staff Assistant, Fatima resolves appointment conflicts, handles requests for medical records, and keeps patient files up to date. In addition she works with the pediatric allergist assisting him in clinic.
