Mask/PPE Policy

For everyone’s safety and in compliance with current health recommendations, all patients must wear a mask upon entering the building.  Please cover your nose and mouth with a cloth mask or surgical mask upon entering to help stop the spread of germs.  No gaiters, scarves, bandanas, or masks with valves are permitted. 

What to Expect When You Arrive

If you are feeling unwell or have a fever on the day of your appointment, do not come into the office for your scheduled appointment. Call your provider’s office to reschedule. We may be able to schedule a telehealth visit with your provider. 

All individuals entering our clinical practices will be pre-screened upon entering the building, before heading to their appointment with one of our clinicians.

Our screeners will take each individual’s temperature using a touch-free thermometer and will ask a series of questions (below) to assess risk for COVID-19. They will also ask whether the individual has traveled out of state to one of the states on the N.J. quarantine list.

Guest/Waiting Room Policy

Seating in waiting areas is marked off for social distancing. Please sit only where permitted.
