The Division of Geriatrics is dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of older adults through compassionate, evidence-based care grounded in the 4Ms framework—What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility. Our interdisciplinary team provides comprehensive, person-centered services that honor each patient’s values and goals, ensuring safe, effective, and age-friendly care across all settings. Through clinical innovation, academic excellence, and community partnerships, the division has achieved national recognition for its leadership in geriatric education, quality improvement, and research that transforms the lives of older adults and their families
