Organizations interested in renting RWJ Medical School Spaces (floors 5-8) in the NJ Innovation Hub/Rutgers at Helix 1 are invited to submit an Event & Meeting Space Interest Request.
This form allows our team to better understand your event needs and determine the most appropriate space and available support services. A member of our team will respond to your request upon receipt of your submission.
If you are interested in renting other common area spaces in the Helix 1 facility - ie. First floor – please contact Hospitality@HELIXNJ.COM.
Before You Submit, please note:
- Submission of this form does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
- Requests are reviewed based on space availability, operational requirements, and alignment with facility usage guidelines.
- Additional coordination may be required for events involving catering, audiovisual support, parking, or large audiences.
- Organizations may be contacted for additional information prior to approval.
