How to Apply

A two-year fellowship in infectious disease is offered by the Division of Infectious Diseases, Allergy and Immunology beginning July 1st of each year. There are four fellows in the program, with responsibilities distributed according to the level of experience. Applications for the infectious disease fellowship program are received via ERAS®, the Electronic Residency Application Service. This program also participates in the NRMP match and will match two fellows to start on July 1, 2021.

ERAS® requirements:

1. Three or more letters of recommendation – to include an LOR from your residency program director;
2. USMLE transcripts or COMLEX transcripts;
3. Personal statement;
4. Medical school transcript;
5. ECFMS status report;
6. MSPE;
7. Photo – if possible
