  • Drs. Scott Shapiro and Ashley Wackym, both from the division of Otology, Neurotology, and Lateral Skull Base Surgery, had their manuscript describing a novel surgical technique for placement of the Bonebridge bone conduction implant published and highlighted this month in the journal Otology and Neurotologyhttps://journals.lww.com/otology-neurotology/Fulltext/2023/01000/Subtemporalis_Muscle_Middle_Cranial_Fossa.14.aspx. Dr. Shapiro presented the research at the International ENT Congress at the International Federation of ORL Societies (IFOS) meeting in Dubai, UAE.

  • Dr. Justin McCormick presented a fascinating grand rounds to the department of Family Medicine on the Diagnosis and Management of Nasal Congestion.

  • Dr. Justin McCormick authored a book chapter on "Medical Management of Chronic Sinusitis" in our field's pre-eminent textbook: Bailey’s Head and Neck Surgery: Otolaryngology – 6th Edition.
