Class of 2025 Convocation
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Robing for faculty is at 7:00 p.m.
Each student will receive eight guest tickets for the Convocation ceremony. Please contact Student Affairs for questions about distribution of the tickets.

State Theatre Event Policy
All bags will be checked by security upon arrival at the front doors. Guests will be directed to coat check any item not permitted in the theater for a nominal fee. Guests are welcome to return items to their cars.
Items that will need to be coat checked include:
- Oversized bags
- Strollers
- Outside food and drinks, except for milk or formula for infants
Convocation Photos for Graduates
ProPics will be onsite taking photos of all graduates as they receive diplomas at Convocation. Details about photo packages will be posted as soon as the information becomes available.
Commencement Information
Rutgers' 259th Anniversary Commencement will be held on Sunday, May 18, at SHI Stadium in Piscataway. Gates open at 8 a.m.; graduates should arrive no later than 9 a.m. The official ceremony will take place from 10:30-11:45 a.m.
Please note: Registration for parking and tickets is required. There is a limit on the number of guest tickets (6) and parking passes (2) each student may receive. All guests age 2 and older require a ticket. Anyone requiring more than two parking passes can purchase them for $10 each on the Livingston Campus on the day of Commencement. Registration for tickets and parking will be open from April 1 to April 30.
