Bio
Barbara Ostfeld is a professor at the Division of Neonatology. She also serves as the Program Director for the SIDS Center of New Jersey and the High-Risk Infant Follow-up Program.
She received her MS and PhD from Rutgers University and completed her postdoctoral training at CMHC/Children's Psychiatric Center. She is board-certified by the New Jersey Board of Psychological Examiners.
Her areas of interest include Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, medical epidemiology, developmental processes, assessment of high-risk infants, perinatal mood disorders, and health disparities.
