About
Eugene Martin, Ph.D. is a Professor of Pathology and Clinical Laboratory Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and the Principal Investigator for the Rapid HIV Test Support Program (NJ HIV) which provides CLIA
waiver, training, supplies, and oversight for more than 100 NJ rapid HIV testing locations supported by the NJ Department of Health, Division of HIV, STD & TB Services, including:
- Community-based organizations
- Clinics and substance abuse facilities
- Federally-qualified health centers
- Health departments
- High schools
- Universities
- Correctional facilities
Dr. Martin has been involved in HIV testing and the evaluation of HIV diagnostic devices and interventions for more than 30 years.
