Bio

Joshua J. Raymond is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School/Rutgers University/CentraState Medical Center. He is board-certified in Family Medicine. He holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in Geriatric Medicine and a Certificate of Added Qualification in Palliative Care Hospice Care. He is the Geriatric Fellowship Director at RWJMS/Rutgers/ CentraState.

He has been the Medical Director at the Manor Nursing Facility for the last ten years. Dr. Raymond is on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Foundation on Aging and he is the former President and current board member of the New Jersey Long Term Care Leaders Association. He is also a former President of the New Jersey Medical Directors Association and Current Vice President. He was chosen by the New Jersey Hospital Association to be on the POLST steering committee for the creation of the New Jersey State POLST form.
