Komal Bhatt, MD

Komal Bhatt is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. Dr. Bhatt earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from NHL Municipal Medical College in India. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Sparrow Hospital/Michigan State University. Additionally, Dr. Bhatt completed a Maternity Care Fellowship at UMDNJ-RWJMS.

She brings a wealth of experience to her role, particularly in maternity care, where she has received fellowship training. Dr. Bhatt is committed to providing comprehensive primary care to patients across all age groups. Her areas of interest are focused on women's health, maternity care, and pediatric care.

She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
