Bio

Mafudia A. Suaray is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine. Dr. Suaray completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at George Mason University. She then pursued her Doctor of Medicine at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, followed by a Master of Public Health at UMDNJ-School of Public Health. Her residency in Family Medicine was completed at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

She provides primary care for patients of all ages at the Family Medicine Practice at Monument Square in New Brunswick. Additionally, Dr. Suaray is a member of the Hospitalist Team at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, where she delivers acute care to hospitalized adult patients. She appreciates the versatility of her role, which allows her to provide both inpatient and outpatient medical care.

Dr. Suaray is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Christian Medical and Dental Association, the NJ Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Public Health Association.

She holds board certifications from the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Family Medicine.
