Maria De Los Angeles Muniz, MD

Maria De Los Angeles Muniz is an assistant professor at the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, and completed her medical education at the Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She then completed an internship at the Jacobi Medical Center, a resident at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the discipline of Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and three fellowships: a transfusion medicine fellowship at the National Institutes of Health, and a surgical pathology fellowship and a cytopathy fellowship at Allegheny General Hospital.
