Bio
Dr. Sara Khalil received her medical degree from Johns Hopkins University. She then completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Residency Program at Albany Medical Center, where she also served as Chief Resident in her fourth year. Since graduating, she has worked as a Pediatric Hospitalist.
Since 2016, she has worked as a hospitalist within the Rutgers RWJ Department of Family Medicine and Community Health and has played an increasing role in resident education for the Family Medicine Residency Program. Her interests lie in Hospital Medicine, Resident Education, and recently, inpatient COVID-19 management.
