Bio

Sarah Fadem, Ph.D. is an Instructor in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She is a member of the Center for Advancing Research and Evaluation for Person-Centered Care (CARE-PC). Dr. Fadem's research often applies co-design principles to explore context-sensitive solutions that integrate with clinical workflows, including implementing integrated behavioral health in pediatric primary care and the development and implementation of an EHR-integrated intervention to improve breast cancer follow-up care in primary care practices. Her recent work focuses on the unique needs of early-onset breast cancer survivors and the potential for technology to facilitate support in managing late/long-term treatment effects.
