Bio
Virian Serei is an associate professor at the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Rutgers University, her PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, and her MD from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School.
She completed an anatomic and clinical pathology residency and a hematopathology fellowship at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
Her areas of interest include hematopathology and cytopathology.
