How to Apply

  • Two fellowship positions will be offered for the 2022-2023 academic year.
  • Successful completion of ACGME accredited residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine
  • Ability to obtain medical license in the state of New Jersey
  • Applications accepted through ERAS (Electronic Residency Applications System)
  • Participation in the NRMP
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • A personal statement that outlines your personal experiences in sports medicine, your goals for the fellowship, and your areas of interest in sports medicine.
  • Non - US citizens must have a permanent resident card or a J-1 visa.
  • Application Deadline: September 15
  • Applicants will not be contacted about interview status prior to the September 15th deadline
  • Interviews are offered in early October and are held at the end of October or beginning of November
