Why RWJMS? I felt an instant connection to the program, faculty, and especially the residents when I met them for the first time on my interview day. In a short time, I was able to see the very close relationships between residents, the support from faculty, and how amazing of a program director Dr. Ebert is. I wanted to train at an academic institution that excelled in research, had wide subspecialty exposure that included family planning, and was supportive of residents’ interests in fellowship opportunities - RWJ checked off all of those boxes.
