Why Orthopaedics?
I chose orthopedics because it is interesting and fun, and is incredibly impactful for patients. There is an amazing variety of procedures where you get to use your hands and fun tools to really help patients feel and do better.

Why Robert Wood Johnson?
The residents are an amazing group of people who become family. We are a smaller program, but we are really close. We also have a lot of autonomy and responsibilities from the get-go which helps us learn and grow as physicians/surgeons. We have great relationships with our attendings who are incredible mentors.
