Tara Anne Matthews, MD, is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. She completed her Pediatric Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in 2003 and worked in a variety of pediatric settings before starting her fellowship in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School/Children’s Specialized Hospital. A life-long New Jersey resident, she has a special interest in children with Autism and Asperger’s Disorder, and helping families with their special needs.
Lavinia D. Stoicescu, MD has a varied background. Before going to medical school, she was a practicing teacher in Romania. She graduated from Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania and worked as an Ongoing Service Coordinator for a New York Early Intervention Agency prior to pursuing a career in Pediatrics. She completed her Pediatric Residency at Flushing Medical Center, New York in 2012 and the same year started her fellowship in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School/Children’s Specialized Hospital. Dr. Stoicescu has a special interest in helping children with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and ADHD.
