Telemedicine Session: Physician and Patient

  1. Patient Calls in for an appointment.
  2. Front Desk enters the patient’s email addresses into CB/IDX.
  3. Front desk schedules session with the patient and sends an email to the patient with the physician's unique URL.
  4. Physician initiates a session with the patient using DOXY.me
  5. The patient describes the reason for the visit.
  6. Physician documents in Centricity including ordering labs, prescribing medication and ordering follow-ups.
