International Health Courses

Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is now a member of the AAMC's newly launched Global Health Learning Opportunies (GHLO). GHLO facilitates clinical, global health, and research elective rotations for medical students who have completed their required clinical clerships.

This means that for RWJMS, being a member of GHLO will open new opportunities for our M4's to participate in unique collaborations with institutions around the world to promote global health, new innovations and partnerships. Click here for a list of participating host and home institutions.

Students can now search and apply for electives. There is a fee of $45 per application. For more information please contact the office of Global Health at (732) 235-6383 or email Dr. Javier Escobar at escobaja@rwjms.rutgers.edu. You can also check the website or contact GLHO directly at ghlo@aamc.org for further information.
