Kickstart Kindness

Now is your chance to cause a ripple effect that can affect your entire community while making you happier and healthier -- simply by being kind.

Kindness: Harboring a spirit of helpfulness, being genuine and considerate, and doing so expecting nothing in return. The quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. “Be kind whenever possible, it is always possible” Dalai Lama

Empathy: Ability to understand and accurately acknowledge the feelings of another, leading to an affirmed response from the observer. The ability to understand and share the feelings of another.

Compassion: Desire to understand and alleviate the pain and misfortune of others. Intense interest and respect for others. Sympathetic concern for the suffering or misfortunate of others.
