The Cheers4Peers Pilot Program is an RWJMS workplace appreciation platform designed to publicly acknowledge staff that display positive and supportive attitudes at work.

The three-tiered platform allows you to recognize the efforts of your fellow employees across the four mission areas of the school.

Your participation in this pilot will help us determine the feasibility/acceptability of this platform.
